  Excessively long wait to be seated, although the place is obviously empty, as seen in pictures. No hostess, servers just decide if they want to fill a table (make money) and come up and take customers to be seated. Waited 30 minutes to be seated in an empty place, with many employees walking around socialising, without a grownup or manager in site. Food often comes out burned, depending on which cook is working that day. Servers seam untrained, lost, and you only get a tip worthy good one 1/3 of the time. Unfortunately, there aren't really any other options in town. Just know it'll be a long wait with mediocre service. For individuals thinking this is a great place, you need to try an establishment outside of Merced, your standards will change.
