  i made a reservation online... went to pick up the rental, was never notified i needed 200 dollars on my debit card inorder to actually receive the rental, my entire weekend was ruiined, i couldnt go get my kids because i was only give the confirmation number and never notified i need 200 more on my account.. absolutely rediculous... i will never go through budget EVER again, what else will they forget to tell me next..
