  Please read carefully and think twice before or be very catious when you sign up at this gym club. They told me and my wife 2 completely different stories when we signing up. This is embarrassing and a shame.
  
  Their staff's name Kim who gave us wrong information during selling a membership package to me and my wife.
  At begining when we signed up, they offered $9.99 per month. We just worked out there less than a month and they end up charging my card for $158.98 without my athorization on a profile that it was not blong to me.
  I call him for almost 2 weeks and he was keep telling me they will refund the money while the transaction was still processing and pending . I tried to respect and trust his words but I realized they finally charged me and never call me back.
  Finally I contacted him and he said he can not do anything about it and they have my authorization on their file!!!!
  
  How would that be this possible having your credit card and authorization on someone's else account??? And they would charge you without your permision??
  However before I gave my credit card information , I asked them to make sure they won't charge me without my permision and they said " yes, we won't , just need it as info in their profile"
  I Do not know what do you call it but This call absolout ripping off people.
